What Currency are the Products Listed In?

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final, and unfortunately, I cannot process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. As a small business run by one person, it is not feasible for me to do so.

This extends to lost, stolen, and mislabeled packages. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

Are taxes included in the prices listed on your art shop?

No, taxes are not included in the prices listed on this website. Any additional charges incurred after purchase, such as taxes or fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tax regulations vary widely from one location to another, and I want to make the purchasing process as straightforward as possible for each customer.

Please be aware of and comply with your local tax laws and regulations when making a purchase.

When will I receive my order?

It will take 3-5 days to process your order. I will be working hard to get them packed up and out to you as soon as I can!

Shipping times vary depending on whether or not you chose tracked or untracked shipping.

For tracked shipping, the estimated times given are:
Canada: 3 - 9 Business Days
United States: 3 - 9 Business Days
International: 4 - 27 Business Days

For untracked shipping, the estimated times given are:
Canada: 2 - 4 Business Days
United States: 4 - 6 Business Days
International: 4 - 7 Business Days

Do leave some wiggle room as there is always a chance that packages may arrive off schedule. During past shop updates, I have witnessed orders take a month or two to arrive to their destination. Please note that this is a possibility, and that I have no control over how long packages will take to get to you. Rest assured that this is not common, and most orders arrive within or around their estimated times!

I never received my order.

It may be that your order is taking a little longer than normal to arrive. Please contact your local post office and the courier for updates first. If you are still having issues, do contact me!
